Memorial Day

This week, Reverend Ken Daigle give a talk during the Memorial Day service, where he emphasized that the holiday is not merely about sales or shopping, but a time to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for a cause greater than themselves. Rev. Ken emphasized the foundational principles of the United States (such as the inalienable rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the belief that all are created equal), the importance of community & human connection, and the Unity teaching that we are eternal spiritual beings having a human experience.
