For many, Memorial Day brings a long-anticipated three-day weekend to be filled with barbecues and picnics; hang with family and friends, or go searching for a new mattress, couch or lawn tractor.Yet for others, Memorial Day holds a much greater meaning. It is a day set aside to remind us that a costly price has been paid for the freedoms and liberties you and I enjoy.
