Memorial Day Observances, Flood Victims Return Home, Deadly Carlsbad Fire

Several Memorial Day Observances will be held today across San Diego county, including a wreath laying ceremony at the USS Midway Museum. Four Months after flooding destroyed homes and forced hundreds of San Diegans from their South Bay homes, a group of homeowners were finally able to move back into their remodeled apartments this weekend.
