Memory Lane in Jamaica + Tips for Intentional Time

Tonight I am coming to you from a very special bathroom floor, this episode is going to talk a little bit about the memory lane I am going down on my visit, as I’m more able to reflect on my time in Jamaica as a child and then we will transition to how my journey has led me to a few tips for intentional time with your child or family.
