【蒙特梭利小短篇 EP.44】照顧者，你還好嗎？

每當大家在討論「蒙特梭利」時，主要照顧者採用什麼方式來教育與對待孩子，因為這確實對孩子有重要的影響。 研究指出，父母的心理健康與孩子的發展結果之間存在著複雜的雙向影響：父母的心理健康會影響孩子的發展，而孩子的情況也會反過來影響父母的心理健康。而成人會採用什麼教育或應對方式，與成人的狀態有極大的關係。 成人的身心狀態必須是好的，才有機會成為自己心中的「稱職照顧者」，但照顧者，你還好嗎？ ※ 參考資料： APA dictionary of psychology.
