We're double dipping; double dipping into the wax. We are waxing deeply about wax dipped stouts. We start with Spanish brewery Menno Olivier Brewing's Dark Alley. This 14% AVB barleywine is barrel aged for 9 months in Wyoming whiskey barrels. It's a smokey, slightly boozy treat. Romanian brewers Hop Hooligans has released a series of wax dipped beers under the Parasomnia line. Yellow Wax has an ABV of 17% has maple syrup, vanilla and aged in different mystery barrels.
