Get your hormones checked 2. Consider counseling, life coaching, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy.-Be patient. Don't rush into decisions.-Recognize that your brain feels it feels productive when it makes a decision. Don't make a BIG decision just to feel better and to feel productive.-"Menopause is when periods stop for good. It's diagnosed after 12 months without a menstrual period, vaginal bleeding, or spotting." -Mayo Clinic-Average age of women experiencing menopause is 51 in the United States. -Menopause can happen as a result of: a natural decline of hormones, a surgery that removes the ovaries, chemotherapy or radiation therapy, POI (premature ovarian insufficiency), or chemical menopause.-"It is the big drop in estrogen levels that causes most of the symptoms of menopause." -John Hopkins-"It’s not uncommon to experience a renewed vigor for life in your postmenopausal years....Being free from the pressure that comes with reproductive years combined with coming out on the other side of menopause gives many women a newfound sense of empowerment and self-esteem.
