Menstruation Magic Workshop - Reclaim Your Inner Goddess
from Blossoming You Hosted by Kierstyn Le
I created this workshop because I have been inspired for years to share my story, knowledge and passion about the beauty of bleeding and the Sacred Womb space. We are cyclical beings and this class honors that, guiding you into more flow with your fluctuations. I hope you receive the love and support I intended to share while putting this together. Enjoy ❤️ Intentions & Breath My story 9:00 History of Women & Menstruation 21:30 Four Seasons of Our Cycle 27:50 Gifting Blood to Mother Earth 50:55 Intro to Natural Fertility Awareness 56:10 (it takes a few months of tracking your temp every morning, cervical fluid and position to get to know your body and judge your fertility. if you are interested in learning Fertility Awareness Method, I suggest you purchasing the book Garden of Fertility by Katie Singer. This method can be just as effective as hormonal birth control if done properly.)
