This episode (Mental - FAKE NEWS) is about being so surrounded these days with fake news rather it's something we read or hear but we never associate it with the thoughts in our own mind. When you get these negative thoughts always telling you something you can't do this or you can't do that or just putting a negative outcome to whatever you're working on or whatever you're trying to achieve and coming to the realization that your mind is feeding you fake news. It's time we change that and that around and turn our outcomes into the best outcome possible, into the successful positive outcome, turn the fake news in our minds into good news good thoughts good scenarios.   I came to the realization that just because it's a thought that we have does not mean that it is a reality.
