October is mental health month, so we have been focusing on mental health across the generations. In this Psych Up episode, we discuss the varying mental health trends across the generations and how each generation can help each other. We interview Rachel and Grant, where Rachel is a provisional psychologist part of Gen Z and Grant is the Head of Clinical and Consulting Services here at Veretis, part of the Baby Boomers generation.
