Dalton talks about his Journey into advocacy with Mental Health, Highlighting the importance talking about the good and bad days. We talk about relationships and how Men Mental health can be affected when trying to please your partner and afraid to show emotions and your interests. We talk about Autism and Mental Health for the first part of today's Episode.  We move on talking about our interests, Dalton likes Wrestling and we both Talk about a mutual Interest Football and the World Cup. We move on talking about Doctor Who and both our favourite Doctor is David Tennant, The King! We talk about favourite episodes, the past and what's in store in the future!  Dalton likes the reference "Don't Blink" Because in life you should always be wary and don't blink before you take the change, and be careful who you trust and who your friends are. Also the Weeping Angels are one of the best Villains. His Favourite episodes are... "Partings of the ways" Master episodes  "Journey's End" So great advise by Dalton about being yourself the best person you can be! Thank you again Dalton!
