Natasha McDonough has an impressive CV, working with top entrepreneurs in the US including Seth Godin of Yahoo and the founders of Office Depot. She's also been a nanny to Hollywood celebrities..!

Now though she's swapped Venice Beach for Roker Beach and is based in Sunderland where she is the founder and CEO of MMC Marketing & Research, finding out what customers think of brands & businesses and helping them win with consumers. She has a particular interest in the mental aspect of business and discusses this in more detail, and how helping people have a better mindset can ultimately help the economy!
