One of the hardest things for most people is to express their feelings to a stranger. Thinking about opening up to therapist maybe a little overwhelming frightening at first. It takes a lot of bravery to open up to a stranger and allow them the opportunity to learn your inner thoughts. However, through the process of therapy I can help you minimize your stress and anxiety, realize your strengths, and reach your personal goals. I am a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where I received my masters in Counseling. I use an integrative approach to counseling. My approaches involves, person centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help build strong marriages and healthy relationships. I believe in helping others reach their full potential. My main goal is to meet potential clients where they are and help them through their personal growth and development.
