Mental Health and Spirituality with Rabbi Yakov Danishefsky

from The Fear Less Now

In today's episode I had the honor of speaking with Rabbi Yakov Danishefsky. Yakov and I explore the psycho-spiritual gifts of our "humanism" when we take the time to slow down to the speed of life and finally accept that wisdom isn't found outside of us or in others. We are wisdom.   Rabbi Yakov Danishefsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. He is the founder of Mind Body Therapy, a private group practice in Chicago and a popular speaker and author on the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and philosophy. He is the author of a new book, Attached: Connecting to Our Creator, a Jewish Psychological Approach, (mosaicapress.com/product/attached/). Yakov also has a podcast called Attached that is available on all podcasting platforms.
