Mental Health and The Workplace

How does your place of work deal with mental health diseases?  Do you know?  How do you respond when you hear about someone who struggles with a mental health disease?  I think that we are a long way from totally understanding what needs to be done to be better friends, bosses, and coworkers when dealing with this subject.  But we all know we need to do better.  Unless the Lord is over how we handle mental health diseases, we will continue to fail.  Let's talk about it and see where it leads.
