Today we are joined with a fantastic guest in Daanish...  His description is down below...  I started dealing with mental health at 30, I had a break down that lead me to be hospitalized because I thought I was having a heart attack. I had lost my job was dealing with a breakup and a flare alp at the same time. I learned after that I really needed to start investing in my well-being.  We speak about some important topics around mental health around IBD I have Crohn's disease and so does Angela, and Daanish has Ulcerative Colitis.
