Ellie Holcomb  Selflove is not selfish. I believe you have to love yourself before you can love anyone else. I was diagnosed with scleroderma and Raynauds at the early age of 12 . And at 21 I was diagnosed with APS Antiphospholipid syndrome caused me to have two strokes I started  an Instagram page based on my autoimmune disease when I was 22 and this year I’ll be 26 This disease needs more awareness  Thank you Great conversation about 3 important topics!
