Mental Health awakening - Teenage mental health

We are joined with a great guest in today's episode, read Kierran Pearce founder of Multi - schools Council description down below...  My name is Kierran Pearce and I lead the multi-schools council. I think it's important we continue to talk about mental health as there is still very much a stigma attached to it and especially men. I had my own challenges with my mental health as I went through my teenage years and have learnt over time way's to cope with some of those difficulties. This does not mean I get it right everyday but I would like to encourage others to speak openly about their mental health too. Also, over the last 5 years the multi-schools council has had a real focus on children mental health and this is another area I would like to discuss as part of this recording.
