Kelly talks to Executive Director of ACM Lifting Lives, Lyndsay Cruz, about how the country music community is opening up the mental health conversation post COVID shut down. With the recent suicide of Naomi Judd, one thing rings true, no matter who you are, how much money you have or how big your success, unaddressed mental health can make you sick or worse- end in death. Lyndsay talks about how even many people in the music industry struggled to feed their families and how ACM Lifting Lives is helping the community and fans alike.  "We are all gonna feel pain and it's ok. We have to get comfortable with pain as a part of the human experience.
