Mental Health: Create a Roadmap for Self-Actualization | Develop Self-Mastery from the 7 Deadly Sins

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#MentalHealth #DeadlySins #selfmastery 0:00 - 2:30 - Intro 2:30 - 15:29 - 3 of 7 Deadly Sins 15:29 - Wrap Up Hello Everyone, I hope all is well. Welcome to our first segment on Mental Health, this week 😊 In today's conversation we're talking about the meaningful pursuit of personal growth and development. The art of tapping into our potential and becoming the master of self. Many people like they idea of development but are unsure where to invest their time and energy. Our conversations on self-mastery leverage the backdrop of the "underbelly" of human nature as our starting point, more specifically, the deadly sins. Otherwise known as gluttony, greed, sloth, envy, pride, lust, and wrath. If there is a common thread that ties humanity together, it might possibly live in all the ways our behaviour deviates that do not serve us or our communities. So while our experiences with these human traits will vary depending on our individual dispositions, learning how to put these behavioural "tendencies" on a leash will support each one of us on our path to meaning, alignment, and purpose.
