#MentalHealth #Confidence #buildingblocks  0:00 - 2:30 - Intro  2:30 - 9:10 - Developing Inner Confidence  9:11  - Wrap Up   Hello Everyone!  Welcome to our first segment on Mental Health, this week 😊   In today's conversation we're going to talk about how to better our manners of addressing our own internal pain.   Whether we're managing through painful emotions, because we are healing through some of the relationships and experiences we have had, or trying to reframe pain to better adapt to our experience of it -- it's a complex phenomena.   All to say, our attitudes towards pain greatly determine to what extent we have the capacity to bounce back from hard times, learn from the difficulties and grow. Yes, often the unspoken reward to the painful experiences we have is the personal growth and development this moments in life procure.   Pain is not a forever thing, but it's a sure thing we'll all experience. Let's give ourselves the tools to thrive regardless of the pain we're pushing through.  #MentalHealth #Pain #release #emotions #narrative #nonverbal #storieswetell  Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
