Welcome to our first segment on Mental Health, this week 😊 In today's chat, we're addressing the individuals that we have a hard time saying no to.More specifically, we're talking about the people who react adversely when you state a boundary or communicate that you're not willing to engage in what they have presented. We do a lot to try and empower one another to use our voice and be transparent in what it is we do, and do not, want to put our energy into. We speak less on the problematic, entitled behaviours that make it hard for us to stand our ground. Many of us acquiesce to scenarios that we'd rather not participate in simply because of fear of punishment, reprisal, and the pressure to conform. It's time to call out this antisocial behaviour for what it is, and to hold people accountable when they fail to respect the lines we've drawn in the sand. Any questions?
