Mental Health Month ACT Launch Event | Shattered - The Podcast [STP]

I've been fortunate enough to be selected as one of the ambassadors for mental Health Month ACT. The launch event was this past weekend. One of my jobs this October is to educate people as to the reality of living with a mental illness. NOT so you'll feel sorry for me but rather that you can know that you are not alone.
