A state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life. Humanity has been traumatized by this evil, tyrannical, and wicked worldwide system. Once the system traumatized someone, it is much easier to alter and control their mental health. Mental health issues occur when an individual lacks alignment and connection with themselves, other people, nature, and The Most High.  It’s time we stop normalizing mental health illness and begin to look inward and look to heal our own traumas and each other’s traumas. We do not need to depend on psychiatrists, doctors, scientists, prescription drugs, etc. It’s time we look internally and begin to heal ourselves. It’s time we align and connect with The Most High.
