#MentalHealth #Courage #Battles  0:00 - 2:30 - Intro  2:30 - 15:26 - What Kindness is (and what it isn't)  15:26  - Wrap Up   Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our second segment on Mental Health, this week 😊   In today's conversation, we're providing you with a working definition of what kindness is (and what it isn't).  It's important to note that many people can overextend themselves and expose themselves to harm, because they do not keep themselves in mind.   How does this relate to learning about kindness?  Being kind, starts with expressing kindness to yourself. This means recognizing that your thoughts, beliefs, and desires are just as important as everyone else's. Knowing that you have worth and inherent value, that money cannot buy, and that people cannot steal away from you. Kindness enables you to live comfortably in your own skin, as you walk through this thing we call life.   So if ever you have a doubt on what it means to be kind, this video is a pretty awesome place to start.   #Kindness #BeKind #ActsOfLove #Learning #selfcompassion #growth #alignment #knowyourworth    Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
