Candice Alaska (IG: @understandingbpd and @candicealaska) joins the podcast for a second week to discuss how oppression and capitalism affect our mental wellness. Candice and Laurie also discuss the impacts of ableism, racism, sexism and colonialism on mental health. This episode includes a short discussion about the upcoming new Medical Assistance in Dying laws in Canada.
