Mental madness, confusion, all the worst in one yet the best? Eh? Trauma Bonded.

My mess of a life, all such a muddle, i share my thouggts aloud and try to make sense of my trauma bonding, my 1st marriage, my 2nd marriage, a bf before and a bf between and aspergers, adhd, falling hard for the one im with now but trying to understand why i am givjng him chances and bemoaning my soulmate never showed ... these first episodes will be a jumble because my mind today is a jumble, that is what happens when you are trauma bonded and yet starved of communication,understanding and fairness.
