Mental outlets and dress codes

2 part episode: This show isn't sponsored but I see it as a 'venting' outlet for me. I stress the importance of finding an outlet for your thoughts and feelings. Try everything to resolve negative feelings - especially activities you'd think you'd never do. Also, should establishments have some type of dress code?
