from Conversations for Yoga Teachers · host Karen Fabian

Do you ever wonder why you fall short of reaching your goals? Ever find that fear or resistance gets in the way? Ever feel like you know what you need to do but you just can’t seem to be motivated to get it done? Well, join me for today’s episode where I interview mental performance coach, Dr. Pete Kadushin, PhD, CMPC. Dr. Pete Kadushin is a Mental Performance Coach and educator. Pete brings with him a passion for helping people grow and over a decade of performance psychology and mental training experience. In addition having taught at both Western Colorado University and Boston University, Pete's had the privilege of working with a wide array of athletes, coaches, first responders, and businesses with the goal of helping them to perform closer to their physical and mental best more consistently. There’s a lot we discuss in this one hour interview and we make a great deal of it applicable to yoga teachers. Once you’ve listened, please email me with any specific questions you have so we can bring him on for a future episode.
