Mental Wellness and The Big Picture

In my latest video, I reflect on how mental wellness has been a throughline in my life and share my vision for being a "junction box" between people and the therapists, coaches, consultants, and creatives who can support them. Instead of being the expert, I want to diagnose where people are stuck and direct them to the right resources.
