Mental Wellness: Harnessing the Power of Your Voice | Learning to Speak Up When it Matters the Most

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#MentalWellness #SpeakYourTruth #Consequences  Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our second segment on Mental Wellness, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're talking about recognizing the power of your voice.   Many of us believe that what we say and how we feel bears little weight in the larger scheme of things. We decide to stay silent even on matters that mean a lot to us, because we fail to see how our perspective will change the outcome or the conversation.   As it result, many of us bite our tongues and suffer in silence while hoping for change.  At the end of the day, making the choice to speak up where it counts is an exercise in Mental Wellness. We rarely, if ever, have a say on the outcome but not being able to control for the desired effects shouldn't restrain you from aligning your voice with how you think and how you feel.    Allow yourself to be surprised with how things turn out.   #MentalWellness #SpeakUp #UseYourVoice #SpeakYourTruth    Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
