#MentalWellness #Patience #NewYear2023   0:00 - 2:35 - Intro  2:35 - 17:30 - Tenets of Patience  17:30 - 18:44 - Wrap Up   Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our second segment on Mental Wellness, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're going to be providing a critical frame that is often the main precursor on whether we experience success in the resolutions we establish in this upcoming 2023 New Year -- patience.   Many of us rarely need to exercise patience, because we leverage our autonomy to gain the things we desire. Not being accustomed to placing our energy into endeavours that require time to come to fruition is often when we realize to what extent we've under-utilized this important muscle.   They say good things come to those who wait - but waiting isn't passive. Waiting, while exercising patience, translates as the ability to continually put in energy and effort, when the results/benefits are not yet felt. It's pushing forward and trusting in the ultimate pay-off.  So gift yourself this new year's season with the patience required to see your goals through to resolution. Learn the art and science of being patient with yourself, and patient with your dreams.   #mentalwellness #newyear2023 #newyear2023status #goals #resolutions #patience #challenge #effort #success     Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
