All to say, I feel that being grounded and centred are important enough to define explicitly, and explain the benefits. Really, staying grounded is the act of bringing yourself to a state of calm, and from that place accessing clarity. Grounded is a deep profound sense of peace that comes from calming your mind, spirit, and body, with the intent to centre yourself to a thought, a state of mind, or a direction. I seek to find myself in this peaceful, and powerful, state multiple times a day. Allowing for strategic, precise, and sound decision-making to ensure that I navigate with intention, grace, and in alignment with my highest self.
