Mental Wellness: How to Heal & Let the Feelings of Inadequacy Go | Learning to Recognize Your Worth

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#MentalWellness #selfimprovement #YearInReview  Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our first segment on Mental Wellness, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're here to address lingering feelings of unworthiness.   Many of us have normalized feeling as though we don't measure up. Whether it's the conversations we are having with ourselves, or the way we interact in the groups and communities we take part, we carry feelings of inadequacy with us.   The only way to address feelings of inadequacy is to remove them, altogether.    Regardless of what we have been through or our circumstance, we have always been more than enough. Inadequacy is a false belief often inadvertently nourished by people we value, who don't necessarily have the best intentions for us.   It's an important journey for each of us to embark on, as we reconnect with our inner self, and start to reclaim our sense of value and worth.   #MentalWellness #Healing #SelfLove #Inadequacy #SelfWorth #KnowYourWorth #LoveThyself #SelfEsteem  Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
