Mentoring Beginning Educators, with Annie Kirking

In this episode, we are joined by Annie Kirking, PhD, a high school teacher and Washington State Beginning Educator Support Team (BEST) mentor faculty and induction coach. Annie helps us unpack ways to support beginning educators.
