Smith, we talk about how his own journey became a catalyst for him to invest his life and mission into mentoring other youth (as well as adults) who might find themselves in similar stories like his own. He chooses to walk with others down their hard path, being with them through the challenges such as an absentee father/parent or dealing with their own emotional struggle or mental illness in their family. Coaching leadership and practical life skills, he keeps it real. He inspires and motivates, teaching it's choices not circumstances that make you.
