Mentorship That Matters!

Greg and Phil talk with Hannah Daly of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Illinois and David Poehls about the urgent need for more volunteer mentors (“Bigs”) in Peoria. They highlight the organization’s mission of building strong, positive relationships between mentors and youth, and discuss the upcoming “60 Bigs in 60 Days” campaign, kicking off with a happy hour event on June 11th from 4:30–6:30 PM, focused on recruiting new mentors. David also shares his personal experience as a “Big,” reflecting on how being part of the program for five years has positively impacted his life and how meaningful and enjoyable the mentoring relationship has been.
