My superb guest this week is Chaîne GB Young Chef competition winner 2023, the fantastic Maciej Pisarek. Maciej beat off stiff competition and was crowned winner in May this year, at the final ceremony in London. Having chatted to him, I can see how it happened. Such a brilliant Chef! He been training and cooking up a storm in preparation to compete in Chaîne’s world final which will be held in Istanbul in autumn. How exciting! Wishing Mr Pisarek all the best. Go get ‘em Maciej! As well as that we talked about his life in Poland France and what cooking and food mean to him. A good interesting and fun interview - you’ll love it.
