Menu episode 37

from Menu Hosted by CravenK

My guest this week is the superb Adam Hayes! A hospitality and sales professional, stroke survivor, and charity ambassador. Adam’s story has high and lows, illness, food, family and friends, grit, and survival! He talks about his hospitality heroes, who inspired him to get into the business, and how his stroke 10 years ago has shaped him and made him more in tune with himself and his work. I really enjoyed my chat with Adam. Very easy to talk to, speaks with knowledge and passion and is a good laugh - nice vibes from Mr Hayes! I talk a bit about my love for a particular episode of The Bear. Come on, we all love Carmy: right?! This tv programme is so inspirational! I love it. They’ll be more The Bear content soon! Then me and my gal pals get stuck into food from Cote restaurant, Birmingham as part of the wonderful Birmingham Restaurant Festival. Get your ears into Menu, the feel-good food podcast.
