In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Mercedes Burrowes. I'm a star-marketing student turned entrepreneur. I've recently opened my own swimwear brand called Sonder Swim, it is the most size-inclusive, biodegradable swimwear brand in the world. I'm really excited to change the standards of beauty that so many of us women (and men!) hold themselves to and hopefully change the way people treat others. Growing up, I had more of my fair share of encounters with bullies and that drives a large part of our mission and our goals. I have a passion for travel, marketing and helping people so my purpose coming together through this brand is extremely humbling and fulfilling. I am very blessed with all of the accomplishments I'm able to look back on in my short 25 years but I am looking towards the future with even more optimism and gratitude.
