Meredith Swindle - The Clydesdale Media Semifinalist Series | Flexing Her Way into Semifinals

We catch up with Meredith to see how she prepared for this year's Semifinals.  After a strong performance last year, she has to be coming into this season with renewed confidence.  Meredith Hates to Lose and will do whatever it take to win.  She works her weaknesses to the bone.  Last Year Meredith was on the cusp of getting to the CrossFit Games, this year she plans on kicking down the door.
