Our Next Gen Ministries are most effective when they can journey with someone from a kid-sized faith to a young adult faith - that is, from Children’s Ministry all they way to Young Adult Ministry. Yet, most declines within Next Gen Ministry happen when kids or teens transition from one grade-level ministry to another. If the handoff isn’t done well, students end up disconnecting and not getting what they need at that stage of life. In this convo, Candice Wynn and Robert E.
