Merging Wellness with Technology with Leslie Eldridge

from The Optimized Condition's Podcast

As rapidly as technology moves, it is very rare to come across a moment in time that you may witness an actual shift that can change the way society operates on a daily basis.  Leslie Eldridge believes we are about to witness this type of shift. Leslie will describe open networks and badges technology that can help merge health and wellness and technology.  Leslie Eldridge is an active health advocate and educator who is passionate about equipping youth and families to make better decisions regarding food choices, relationships, self-talk, and body image. She left her life of corporate America to pursue her passion and in 2013 finished her AADP certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Leslie is CEO and creator of High5U, an open badging company that provides badges with content for the subject matter she is so passionate about. Along with being  an open badge consultant, she also served on the Badge Alliance working groups helping define road maps, competencies and strategies for digital literacy and higher education as well.
