Merthyr Town v Paulton Rovers 1st Half

After the heroics of their mid-week visit to Tiverton, Paulton Rovers travelled to the Cigg-e Stadium for the Final of the Southern League Division 1 South & West Play-Offs. Hosts Merthyr had gone undefeated at home throughout the normal season and backed by crowd of more than two thousand, where strong favourites to clinch the last promotion place.Following a ten minute delay caused by crowd congestion, I was joined in commentary box by Paulton Media Officer, Tony Walsh.
