Lessons from those who have fallen back... 1) Renewal does not mean the work is done. 2) The pull of the world, the inclination of the flesh, and the trickery of Satan never ends in this life. 3) Nothing matters more in life than being remembered by God (vv. 14, 22, 29, 31)’. 4) The ending of Nehemiah reminds us of our constant need of a Savior.
