Met Éireann issues cold weather warning, snow and frost expected as New Year begins

Met Eireann is warning of very cold conditions throughout the country from Friday.An artic airmass is expected, with the possibility of snow along with freezing fog.Flurries and heavier showers of sleet and snow are expected in parts of Ulster and Connaught with widespread sharp to severe frost at night.Forecaster with Met Eireann Matthew Martin, tells us what to expect.
