In our fourth episode of Metagamers Anonymous, we discuss a constant in the annals of contemporary character generation: the perennial “dump” stat. The hosts discuss the ins and outs of roleplaying particularly high and low statistics, how they help shape a character, how players can work together to make them more viable inside the common gaming experience, and how they have impacted their own roleplaying experiences over the years. They also spend a little time talking about the D&D Next playtest and some thoughts on convention gaming.
