Metro Detroit Iranians lose contact, fear for safety of relatives in Iran

A crackdown on anti-government protests in Iran has left thousands of people dead. A nationwide internet shutdown in Iran, that's also impacting phones, has left Iranians in Metro Detroit disconnected from and fearing for the safety of their loved ones in the Middle Eastern nation.
