In this month’s MetroCast, Coach Oliver and I shared some very encouraging news. The Federal Reserve has now lowered interest rates for the third consecutive month, including a December 10 cut. We are already seeing the impact. Contracts and closings are up over last month and over this time last year, marking the first positive shift we’ve seen in nearly three years. Momentum is building, and confidence is returning to the market.We also talked about how we are positioning agents to take advantage of this shift. Even during a challenging market, we continue investing in tools designed to create a real revenue opportunities. In early 2026, we will be launching our newly redesigned MetroBrokers.com, built to drive more leads and improve performance. Alongside that, every agent will receive a Canva Enterprise account at no cost, courtesy of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate.We were joined by Sonya Rosser from the Villa Rica office, who brought a powerful reminder of what consistency, encouragement, and having a plan can do for your business. Her approach reinforces that real estate is still driven by relationships, daily effort, and staying connected to your community.
