Despite ongoing economic uncertainty and shifting headlines, the first ten weeks of the year have slightly outpaced the same period last year in contract activity. While the increase is modest, it marks the first time in several years that we are not starting the year behind, which is an encouraging signal for the market ahead.We are also seeing encouraging shifts in market behavior. Interest rates have dipped below six percent, phones are ringing more frequently, and agents are reconnecting with clients who had previously paused their plans.
